ChargePaymasterAddressInput

Address data not provided by abrechnung.io. abrechnung.io provides Addresses for paymaster by using the public institution no as a key (see paymasterKey). If the paymaster does not have a public institution no (e.g. the patient himself), address data needs to be provided by the PMS.
